Film sterilization with wave-pulsed UVC-Light
Static or wave-pulsed UVC light has been a proven method of disinfecting sealing films for many years. Here, the UVC emitter is briefly regulated to 100% and reduced to 40-60% when the packaging machine transports the sealing film.
UVC-disinfection
UVC disinfection is a purely dry and chemical-free process, reducing 99.9% of the germ load. Only a few seconds of the intense light are sufficient to render spoilage germs such as bacteria, yeast or fungi on sealing films harmless.
